1. Digital Goods Condition
Easy2buy.in sells digital software license keys. Due to the exact nature of digital goods, a product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once the key has been revealed and activated.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We issue refunds strictly under the following conditions:
- The license key provided is proven to be invalid, defective, or already in use at the exact time of delivery.
- You request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase, AND our system verifies that the key has NOT been activated or redeemed.
3. Non-refundable Circumstances
We WILL NOT issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- The license key has been successfully activated on your device or account.
- Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software (please check requirements before buying).
- You purchased the wrong version of the software by mistake and have already activated the key.
- You are unhappy with the software's features or performance (we only sell the key; software performance is the manufacturer's responsibility).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email contact@easy2buy.in with your Order Number and a detailed explanation of the issue. If claiming a defective key, you must provide uncropped screenshots showing the error message and the activation date.
5. Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our billing team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to revoke the license key immediately upon initiating a refund.
